She asked myself and others if I was sure I didn’t have a mouse in the wall, plus then she came up with many other questions that I thought were quite ridiculous. I told her I knew when there was a problem with my air conditioner unit, plus I would love it if they would just send an HVAC serviceman to maintenance it. She wasn’t ‌as nice as she sounded when she first answered the cellphone, when she said that they had no HVAC servicemans available. I then quietly asked when they would have an HVAC serviceman available to look at my air conditioner unit. The receptionist then told myself and others that as soon as they had a single free, she would have them call me. I had been waiting for almost 3 minutes for a callback, plus I gave up waiting. I picked up my cellphone plus called the HVAC supplier again. This time a young person answered the cellphone, plus I told him what was happening with the air conditioner unit. He asked myself and others why I hadn’t called earlier plus I explained what had transpired with the receptionist. He took down my name plus address plus told myself and others he would be there in an minute. The HVAC Tech was not only apologetic for the receptionist, but he was also quick to go out plus look at the air conditioner unit. It took less than half an minute before I had cool air running through the air vents again.
