What happens if they cannot repair our modern A/C unit?

Last year, I had a modern air conditioning component installed.

I didn’t know I would have any real issue, considering I had only used it a couple months before I would be turning it off.

I was shocked to find out that within a week after starting the air conditioning component for another summer, it would fail me. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business and told them our A/C component would not turn on. They took our name and addressed and promised to have an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman to the home within a few hours. I looked for our paperwork for the A/C unit, where I had our Repair and Maintenance Plan, and the warranty information. I had all the information, including our sales receipt, that clearly showed when the A/C component was installed. It also showed that it was a brand modern A/C unit, in the box, and the delivery date. When the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman showed up, he told me the repair was a warranty repair, however it would need to go back to the manufacturer. The A/C component they had installed had a manufacturer’s recall because of subproper parts. I sat in our home wondering when I would get our A/C component back and what would happen if they could not repair it? Two hours later, I acquired a iphone call from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation. They were sending a modern A/C component to the home and it would be there in an hour. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech was to arrive with it, and they would install the A/C component by the end of the morning.
