Today the sea felt even colder than Last year, which was genuinely chilly in itself.

I guess the sea temp is about bottomed out now plus will genuinely stay this temperature for the rest of the winter.

I am resting my body plus not playing volleyball until I am better. I’m hoping that I will be wonderful enough to play again by May if I end up getting this shoulder surgery done soon. I have a torn pectoralis tendon which will need rest for another month before it is healed. I pulled it while doing my skyball serve a single too several times. Now I like to heat it up against the space gas furnace after my chilly swims. When I get cabin from my chilly swim I put my shoulder against the gas furnace plus let it get nice plus warm. I also take an overheated shower after my chili dip to regulate my body temperature plus stop the shivering. I have a wonderful heating system in my flat although I like to use my space gas furnace to quickly sizzle up particular parts of my body that are in pain. It’s supposed to be wonderful to cool down plus then sizzling up the joints that are in pain to help reduce the swelling plus aid in blood flow plus healing. I usually just set my wireless temperature control to a high setting before going on my swim so the cabin is nice plus sizzling for me when I come home. Then I turn it off plus use the small space gas furnace to do the finishing touches on my body.
