Saturday day I acquired a iphone call about a oil furnace repair. The guy on the iphone spoke with me directly. Occasionally our fiance answers the iphone if it is a tied up day, but I was just finishing up with a service when the guy called. She sounded frantic & I told his that I had an day appointment. I was on our way to another repair, but I would happily help his when I was finished. I told the guy that it would be 3:30 or 4 by the time I arrived. I really finished up about an hour early. I called the customer & he was ecstatic that I could come early. She never told me that he wasn’t going to be beach home at the time. If he had given me that information, I would have told his that both of us cannot perform any Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs separate from an adult in the house. I cannot even go inside of the home unless there is an adult present. When I arrived at the address, a young man answered the door. He had a deep voice & a hint of a mustache, but he was absolutely only prefer 15 or 16 years old. I asked the young man as his mother was beach home & he said he was not due beach home from toil for another hour. I contacted the customer & I told his that I could not complete any repairs until he was home. I didn’t mind waiting around for his to arrive since he was the last task on the schedule. She left toil a few minutes early & I went to the gas station to grab a cup of coffee.
