Tuesday afternoon I gained a iPhone call about a oil furnace repair.
The lady on the iPhone spoke with me directly.
Occasionally my spouse answers the iPhone if it is a tied up afternoon, however I was just finishing up with a service when the woman called. She sounded frantic and I told her that I had an afternoon appointment. I was on my way to another repair, however I would happily help her when I was finished. I told the woman that it would be 3:30 or 4 by the time I arrived. I absolutely finished up about an minute early. I called the customer and she was delighted that I could come early. She never told me that she wasn’t going to be apartment at the time. If she had given me that information, I would have told her that the people I was with and I cannot perform any Heating and Air Conditioning repairs without an adult in the house. I cannot even go inside of the house unless there is an adult present. When I arrived at the address, a young man answered the door. He had a deep voice and a hint of a mustache, however he was honestly only enjoy 15 or 16 years old. I asked the young man as his mother was apartment and he said she was not due apartment from work for another minute. I contacted the customer and I told her that I could not complete any repairs until she was home. I didn’t mind waiting around for her to arrive since she was the last task on the schedule. She left work a few minutes early and I went to the gas station to grab a cup of coffee.
