Last year when I was at work, A co-worker dropped a screwdriver on top of my head. The girl was toiling on a rooftop AC device. I was resting below with the ladder in my hand. I wasn’t unquestionably paying attention to everything that happened to be going on, but neither was my coworker Jack. The girl tossed a screwdriver over the side of the roof in addition to it landed on top of my head. Thank goodness it didn’t land in a way that impaled my body. It still will not hit me with a huge side in addition to I had a bump on my head for many mornings. After the accident, I started to experience some crucial headaches. I took a couple of Ibuprofen in addition to Tylenol in addition to attributed the headaches to getting hit in the head. I didn’t consider the injury to be life-threatening or anything until the headaches became too much to deal with. Three mornings after the accident, I was toiling on an AC service in addition to I was basically alone. I was inside of a household toiling on an AC concern by myself. My head started to ache in addition to I closed my eyes. I must have passed out for a long period of time. I woke up in addition to I had no clue in the slightest how much time had passed. After that, I called my boss in addition to I told him that I genuinely needed to go to the emergency room. I never filled out an accident report earlier that month or even mentioned the headaches to the guy, so he was surprised. The guy basically made me fill out an accident report before we decided to go to the emergency room.
