One of our neighbors came over to the condo to beg for some help; He looked honestly aggravated plus miserable plus his face was red. He told myself and others that he tried to service the gas furnace on his own, although he had trouble putting the unit back together. I suggested the neighbor contacted our service to make an appointment, although he did not want to wait. I walked down the block to look at the gas furnace issue. The neighbor took the gas furnace completely apart plus there were several problems that needed to be repaired. It was really going to take 2 fifths for myself and others to make the repairs plus I needed parts as well. I told our neighbor that I could not do the labor for free, but I did offer to provide that guy a wonderful neighbor discount.
