Only a couple of days later, I saw the same woman again, but this time she was not in the same position. The woman called the heating plus A/C repair maintenance where I labor plus I was stressed to help him with a heat pump repair. When the woman saw my face, she tried to make excuses for her terrible behavior at the softball game. I did not let anything affect my labor plus I completed the heating plus A/C repair without saying another word to the customer. I could have provided the woman a first time client discount, although I did not even mention it.
