I scoured the internet for an RV plus found a single that happened to be around our original budget.
Although I had to borrow an additional $500 from our parents to purchase the outdated RV, I managed to pay them back within the first multiple weeks from the savings on no rent payments. You might know that living in an RV would be the cheapest thing in the world, although I l gained suddenly just how expensive it can be if you’re doing it legally. Most people can guess that an RV wouldn’t have the best gas mileage in the world. I pay over twice as much money to drive the same distance as I did in our outdated sedan. But the ridiculous price for fuel plus the cost of repairs plus service for the RV are just part of the battle. I also have to pay wherever I park, if I’m doing it legally. Some people look for a random Walmart that is good with overnight parking, but a big portion of them are not. Campgrounds have bi-weekly fees plus so do RV parks. But you also have to buy equipment, supplies, plus appliances for your RV. I recently put a modern window air conditioner inside our RV because the outdated single machine was no longer performing well. After getting it sealed inside the RV’s window, it started finally working undoubtedly well from the jump. It’s a powerful cooling system plus doesn’t utilize much energy to keep the inside of the RV nice plus cool whenever I need a change with our indoor climate.
