Our rambunctious puppy is less excitable during winter cold

When my spouse said that he wanted to adopt a puppy I was not gleeful about the idea.

I care about dogs, but I do not want a rambunctious little puppy running around the house. Do you know how much work it is to train and wrangle a gleeful puppy? Too much. I knew that I did not have the time or patience to deal with such a project right now. He went out and adopted a puppy anyway! Thank God, the outdoor air temperature changed shortly after he got our new family member. When the two of us first got the pooch, it was harshly hot and comfortable outside. The puppy clearly loved the outdoor climate as much as the two of us did. This meant he always wanted to go inside and outside to bask in the sun and gentle breeze. Then, he wanted to laze about the a/c that we were pumping through every vent. As the outdoor air temperature began to decline, so did our puppy’s activity level. He no longer wanted to be outside in the frigid air. In fact, he did not even want to leave our master room. Why? Because we wisely had radiant radiant floors installed in that room various years ago. The puppy clearly realized that the heated flooring was ideal for his tiny body as soon as he experienced it. Now, he mainly spends his time sitting on the hot radiant floors. Thanks to our alternative heating idea in the room providing ideal rapidly warm temperatures directly to our furry buddy, we barely even see him, and training has become a non-issue.
