I have started getting into better shape because of my dog. I adopted an airedale terrier puppy, and she has tons of energy. I started by tossing a ball with her in the yard or letting her run around inside the fenced area. This wasn’t enough exercise for her. Then I started taking her for long walks to tire her out before bed. My puppy spent the whole time tugging at the leash and pulling me along. All day, she was a bit whiny, needy and overrun with energy. I then bought a special running collar and rope and went on some short jogs with the dog. It helped a little with her excess energy but it wasn’t sufficient. I then trained in order to be able to run with my dog. I hoped she would sleep better at night and allow me to sleep. We now go for a run every single day. When she sees me lace up my running shoes, she decides it is time to stretch. We both stretch our muscles before getting on our gear and heading out on a run. I can run at a 7 minute mile pace for six miles. If we choose a longer run, I slow down the pace so the dog doesn’t get overheated. For a shorter run, I add a weighted vest to the dog. She wags her tail the whole time. After dinner, by about 8 PM, my dog has usually passed out on the floor. She is a good motivator for me to workout. If I even dare to reach for my running shoes, she gets so excited. I also can’t take a day off or the dog starts whining and agitating. She’s an excellent personal trainer.
Really happy with the mild weather right now
This is the most perfect time of the year! This is the time where the air quality and the rapidly changing temperatures are the most perfect in the whole entire area, and you can’t go wrong with this, but the rapidly changing temperatures are so fantastic that you do not even need your central heating and A/C plan unit, I am not joking on that! During the daytime hours you can open your windows to get both the best air quality and great cool breeze.
Then at night you just keep your windows shut and as long as you have great insulation you do not need the central heating plan at all.
You may need a portable area furnace to take the chill out of the room at times, but that would be about it! However when December rolls around you better look out! You are going to need the central heating plan very much. It gets freezing frosty around then. And there is nothing that can be done to avoid the need for central heating at that point! But right now, appreciate no heating, no A/C and the very best air quality you can ever possibly imagine. I certainly love this time of the year more than you can know, however life is so grand over here right now and I guess very blessed to live in such a great and most attractive area where there is currently no need for central heating or central a/cs to be used at all!

It was wonderful going to school with good heating and cooling
I consider myself lucky to have grown up and went to such a great middle and high school! Not all adolescents from back in the 1990’s can say that they had great schools, but I can; the one thing other than the great staff that cared about us adolescents was the fact that they had the best darn heating around! The two of us would never have to worry about chilly in those chilly Winters because they put their money into the biggest industrial gas furnace available in that era; and suppose you know me, I can even say that some of the best central heating this month doesn’t even come close to the power and comfort that the industrial gas furnace from that era gave us adolescents and teachers back at our outdated high school as well as middle school! Equally as well, towards the end of the year when the start of the summertime was coming and it was super hot, they also had the best commercial air conditioner available in that era.
The air conditioner was so refreshing and kept the perfect air flow and temperatures throughout the school; I really had no complaints and neither did anyone else.
It was really because of that industrial gas furnace and the super powerful commercial air conditioner idea that our school never had any concerns with adolescents cutting school! Even if they hated school like I did, you wanted to be there just to care about the heating or the air conditioner! Not several homes back then had central heating and cooling, so the school was a great way to get that!
