As a building owner, I face multiple challenges weekly. Keeping our renters ecstatic is 1 of them. I own more than three houses that have been rented out for the last 5 years by the same families. My renters are all beautiful & I care about every 1 of them. Keeping up the houses is our task & I appreciate to service any issue that may come up. The homes are all in good shape, but occasionally things do break. When this happens, I Spring into action & make sure things are fixed properly. I am not the kind of building owner that puts off things. One day a renter called me & said the HVAC system had stopped toiling. It was a super boiling Summer & I didn’t want them to be without cooling. I called our HVAC provider, & they were tied up at the time. So I found a new HVAC contractor to handle the breakdown. This new contractor sent out an HVAC contractor in less than an hour! I was at the house when the HVAC guy showed up… He thoroughly tested the heating & cooling system & found that the inside blower fan motor had gone bad! Luckily, he had a new 1 in his HVAC van. After he installed the motor, the a/c started toiling perfectly. The HVAC contractor also changed out the air filter & recommended me to make sure it gets changed every week. I was legitimately thankful that the HVAC contractor was able to help me out when our provider was busy. As a building owner, I would request this heating & cooling service contractor to anyone that needs quick service.
