As a landlord, I face many challenges daily. Keeping my tenants happy is one of them. I own four houses that have been rented out for the last 5 years by the same families. The HVAC technician also changed out the air filter and advised me to make sure it gets changed every month. I was very thankful that the HVAC business was able to help me out when my provider was busy.
