The air duct needed some help, however the Heating, Ventilation and A/C device was in wonderful shape

I told the buyer that it looks to be about $1,500 worth of work, but she purchased the condo a couple of days later plus contacted myself and others to complete the task

On the weekends I labor as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C independent business… I labor for a nationally-known commercial service provider throughout the week, but I do independent Contracting on our own on Thursdays plus Wednesdays, but most of the time I perform inspections for homeowners that want more information about the heating plus cooling plan inside of a home. If I have a single inspection on Thursday plus another on Wednesday, I receive enough money on the weekends to spend money the payment for our boat plus trailer, last weekend I picked up a genuinely immense task. I helped a buyer that needed an Heating, Ventilation and A/C opinion for a new house. I told the buyer that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C device was in genuinely wonderful shape, however the air duct needed some help, but there were several areas inside of that condo where the air duct needed to be repaired or sealed! When I suggested these repairs needed to be made, the buyer wanted myself and others to provide her an estimate. I told the buyer that it looks to be about $1,500 worth of work, but she purchased the condo a couple of days later plus contacted myself and others to complete the task. I did not anticipate she would call myself and others to complete the repairs on the air duct, but I was more than happy to provide those contracting services as well. It wasn’t a argument of interest with our commercial task, because we do not provide residential services at all. That’s a single reason why I can labor for myself on the weekends plus I don’t have to worry about our boss getting aggravated, and as long as I don’t try to poach clients, I can do whatever I want on our days off.
