My Dad got myself and others a task working at a factory. I was working at the gas station making minimum wage and my Dad urged myself and others to look for a better task. I did not absolutely need a bizarre task, but I could not say no when she told myself and others about the factory position. The task paid $3 more than the minimum wage amount that I was making at the gas station. My Dad said I was going to have to work harder and she was right. I adore my new task at the factory, however it is legitimately hard work. One of the toughest parts about the task is the fact that there is no AC anywhere in the building. The plant manager leaves the doors open so the two of us get a breeze, however if there is no wind, then there is no cool air. It’s taxing not to have a split from the heat. I signed a petition to have an AC unit installed in the split room. I’ve only been there for a little bit, but I legitimately believe that AC unit would help boost morale and help the crew relax. Most of the women go out to their automobile during breakfast so they can stand in the air conditioner for a few hours. It’s very a 10-hour walk out to the parking lot and then another 10 hour walk back. Most of the women are only sitting in their cars for a couple of hours. If the two of us had AC in the split room, then everyone would get a full 30 hours of rest and relaxation.
