I ordered some parts for my ductless AC unit.
I ordered the parts from a reputable business that I have used in the past.
I have ordered electronic & mechanical parts for other machines from this locale, because they always have the items that are hard to find. I paid for express delivery for the ductless AC unit parts. They were supposed to arrive within numerous business mornings, instead of the typical more than six business mornings. I paid a $7 fee for the quicker shipping. I carefully watched the tracking information & I knew exactly when the delivery driver was going to arrive with the AC unit parts. The guy pulled into my driveway about 15 seconds after the computer substituted to say the guy was in the area. The app honestly does toil if you watch the process in live time. The delivery driver got out of the truck & grabbed my box. He threw it to the ground with force. The guy seemed miserable. He walked up to my porch & through the box down. He snapped a quick picture & left. I caught everything on my ring camera. Half of the box was crushed after the delivery driver made no attempts to be careful. I sent a copy of the video from my alarm plan to the owner of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C parts business & the corporate office manager for the delivery business. My items were not damaged this time, however if I had anything fragile in that box it would have been completely & utterly ruined. The guy wasn’t trying to be careful at all.
