Being gone for a few years entirely opens our eyes to the passage of time while I am back here going to see the states. People have also died, gotten old, moved on, and it entirely is clear to see when you are away for large chunks of time appreciate I was. I am planning on coming back to visit once every various weeks so that I can fasten with family and friends more often and not lose touch. I have a local business neighbor who died while I was away and I will never get to talk with him again, which is also entirely sad because both of us had an argument that I wanted to smooth out between us. She taught myself and others a lot about the heating and A/C industry and how to service heating systems and cooling systems and I wanted to tell him how much I appreciate everything she did for myself and others over the years, but I will never get to tell him anything now. I guess this teaches myself and others a lesson to not hold grudges with people because you never suppose when they won’t be around anymore to make things better. Maybe I’ll go visit the local businesses, where our neighbor worked, to talk to the other employees about him and get some closure as to why she died so abruptly before I had an opportunity to talk to him. I may buy some HEPA filters from them to support her business and workers instead of buying it online. I appreciate what I was planning on doing. Life has a way of teaching us strenuous lessons I guess.

I got very homesick, and I decided it was finally time to put some roots down back home where my parents lived. My parents were ecstatic that I was returning to my hometown, and they offered to put me up until such time as I could purchase my own home. My uncle was also very supportive. He offered me a job at his HVAC company. His HVAC company is rather large, and takes care of both commercial and residential jobs for his customers. He decided to hire me for a managerial position because he trusted my leadership skills. Ultimately, he put me in charge of customer satisfaction. This included making sure that our employees were doing the best possible job for the customer, taking any questions that the customer had, and collecting feedback from their experience. Steadily, our reviews got more and more positive. I also worked with my uncle on improving our employees morale and giving them the support and benefits they needed to give us the best possible job performance. Ultimately, my uncle’s HVAC business has become very successful and we have received thousands of glowing positive reviews from many satisfied customers!

My uncle was also very supportive of my decision considering the fact that he almost immediately offered me a job at his HVAC company. He runs a rather large HVAC company that deals with commercial and residential projects. He decided to offer me a managerial position because of my resume and skills in this area. It’s true that I assumed several leadership roles throughout my career traveling abroad. After a week of settling in, I started working with my uncle on taking his business to the next level. Ultimately, my uncle put me in charge of both marketing and customer satisfaction. I was in charge of making sure that customers were getting exactly what they wanted from us and that we received nice reviews for the service that we provided them. Eventually, I also worked on making sure that our employees morale was up and that they were being supported as much as possible. Ultimately the fruit of both my and my uncle’s labors paid off, and his business is more successful than ever with excellent reviews from thousands of satisfied customers!

His offer was a managerial position because he knows I have immense skills in this area. Plus, working in foreign companies has taught me a lot about running big enterprises. When I got home, it took me 2 weeks to settle, then I went to work at my uncle’s HVAC company. It was quite an experience being home and working with him to take the business to the next level. My uncle wanted to make the customer experience as wonderful as possible. So, he had me take care of ensuring we always got good reviews from HVAC owners who we served. I live in the North where it’s rather cold in the winter time and there’s plenty of snow. We grew up together as the only children of our respective parents and really enjoyed each other’s company on vacations and other times we got to hang out. Though we both went to the same school together, when our careers took off, we both ended up on opposite sides of the country. Last year, it was my turn to go visit my cousin down south. To tell you the truth, I was really looking forward to the sunny weather compared to the way it was at home. Unfortunately, my cousin called me to warn me that a freak storm rolled in, causing his pipes to freeze, knocking out power, and ruining his furnace. Despite this development, I resolved to get on the flight anyway. After all, I guess we would find a way to deal with the winter cold. I flew to him and he picked me up from the airport. At the least, his car was nice and toasty thanks to its heater. However, when we arrived back at his place, it was clear that the furnace wasn’t working at all. He said it had made a terrible noise the night before, and suddenly, there was no heat anymore. My cousin had to call out an HVAC technician, but unfortunately, the technician would not be available for a few days. In the interim, we decided to rent a hotel for my time there.

I live in the north where it’s freezing cold. Ever since we were kids, our parents and sometimes our grandparents would take us on trips together. We were both only children, so it was nice hanging out together as if we were siblings. We attended the same school together growing up, however when it came to our careers, we ended up moving to opposite sides of the country! Last year, it was my turn to go visit him down South. I was dreaming about sunny, warm weather when he actually called me to tell me that there was a freak winter storm in the area causing some severely cold weather! He said his water pipes were frozen and there were intermittent power outages. He also mentioned that something was wrong with his furnace. I decided to fly out to him anyway, and he picked me up at the airport. His car heater kept us both nice and toasty as he drove us to his home. However, as soon as I stepped through the front door, I was met with very cold air inside his house. It was clear that his furnace had completely failed at that point. He told me that it had been making disturbing noises and he needed to call out an HVAC technician ASAP. It turned out that the HVAC technician would not be able to come out for three days. It was too cold to stay at his house, so we both agreed to book a hotel while I was down there with him.

He did not realize how bad the damage was, so now we had to wait a few days for an HVAC technician to be able to come out and fix the problem. In the interim, because of the intense cold, we decided to rent a hotel and hang out together there.
